I had a mixed experience at the Premier Inn Jersey St Helier. The location is fantastic and the staff were friendly, but the room service and housekeeping left much to be desired. I would consider staying again, hoping for improvements in service quality.

I had a mixed experience at Premier Inn Jersey St Helier. While the location was perfect for exploring the city, the service and dining left much to be desired. The room was clean and spacious, but some training for the staff is definitely needed. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere, yet certain management issues dampened my overall impression. I would consider returning if improvements are made. 😊
